One Organization. Six Directorates. Four Shared Outcomes.

Together, SHCA’s six Program Directorates create an integrated pathway from humanitarian response to sustainable development:

  • Dignity — ensuring people are treated with respect, inclusion, voice, and humanity.
  • Access — connecting underserved communities with essential services, knowledge, resources, and opportunities.
  • Resilience — strengthening the ability of individuals, families, organizations, and communities to withstand, adapt to, and recover from adversity.
  • Sustainable Recovery — moving beyond short-term assistance toward stronger institutions, healthier communities, economic opportunity, social cohesion, and locally owned development.
